How Do I Start a Return?
Returns are simple! To start the process, please follow these steps:
- Email us: Send a message to info@kailoscreations.com with your Order Number and the reason for your return.
- Ship it back: Once our team approves your request, we will provide you with the return shipping address. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Get your refund: Your refund will be processed once your product reaches our warehouse and is inspected. It typically takes a few business days for the refund to show up in your account.
Important Details
- Condition: To be eligible for a refund, collars and training gear must be returned in their original packaging and in "like-new" condition (free of wear, dirt, or bite marks).
- LED Components: Please ensure all charging cables or batteries included with LED collars are returned with the device.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can send a replacement at no cost to you.
