Shipping policy

At Kailo's Creations, we want to get your dog training gear and LED collars to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for important details about delivery times and what to do if there's an issue with your order.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Costs

We are happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders! There is no minimum purchase required to qualify for free shipping within the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days via standard shipping. Please note that delivery times are estimates and we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress on the carrier's website. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us at info@kailoscreations.com with your order number.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Kailo's Creations is not responsible for packages that are marked as "delivered" by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. We recommend checking with neighbors or building management and verifying the delivery address provided at checkout. If your tracking shows the package was never delivered and is lost in transit, please contact us at info@kailoscreations.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@kailoscreations.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to send a replacement as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Kailo's Creations is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately; we will do our best to update it if the order has not yet shipped.
